This complex publishing project saw us producing a high-volume of documents for public engagement and consultation. It was vital the documents were accurate, finished to the highest standard and delivered to deadline. The hybrid Bill production involved taking technical reports from many authors and ensuring compliance with extensive style and formatting guides, brand guidelines and accessibility guidelines. We managed the output into hard copy for hundreds of documents and digital copies, ensuring digital content followed accessibility best practice. Digital delivery of the project included designing, structuring and building a USB stick to enable the public to navigate the Bill digitally. Production and publishing on this scale involved significant coordination between authors and printers to enable both to work simultaneously.
